When i came to see you off away,
I always thought to ask you to stay,
a chalky hello and a speechless pout,
Forming words that never came out..

I dreamt of adventures we would have together,
Of trips to lands far beyond,

Treating life as a trifle matter..

To a wide snowy land draped in white,
Have a picnic among penguins and polar bears,
